Our first speaker of this year! Danielle is a Developmental Biologist and 5th year Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Molecular Biology at UC Berkeley, working in Iswar Hariharan's lab. Currently she studies how cell adhesion molecules regulate epithelial growth and development in the fruit fly, Drosophila Melanogaster.
